Spinach and feta Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts (not too thick)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves miced
1 cup feta cheese crumbled
½ onion chopped
10 oz spinach
1 big egg
1 tbsp water
1 ½  cup Italian breadcrumb1

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F
In a frying pan heat the olive oil. Add the garlic and the onion and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the spinach, season with salt and pepper and cook for about 2 minutes more.
Remove from the stove, drain the spinach and let it cool a liitle bit
Then place in a bowl, add the feta cheese and mix well.
Place some spinach mixture on the center of the chicken breast and spread but just a little bit (the mixture will spread by itself when you will roll the chicken).
Wrap the chicken around the mixture in order to get a chicken roll and put a toothpick through the chicken roll.
In a bowl whisk the egg and add the water.
Roll the chicken in the egg mixture then in the breadcrumbs and place on a baking sheet.
Cook for 25 minutes.
